When Aether Leaves a Wound
Across Talvara, scholars use Aether-Scarred for living things dangerously altered by extreme Aetheric exposure. Animals, plants, and other organisms may develop crystalline growth, unstable manifestations, altered anatomy, or behaviors unknown to their unaltered kin.
The term describes a condition, not a people.
Aetherblight
When the Land Changes Too
Some regions bear the damage on a larger scale. In places affected by what scholars call Aetherblight, entire environments may behave differently—changing growth, wildlife, weather, water, or even the apparent movement of Aether itself.
